Deployment

Snow Inventory Java Scanner can be deployed separately or as part of a Snow Inventory Agent installation package, which is the alternative recommended by Flexera. If Flexera Support creates your agent installation packages for you, specify in your request that Snow Inventory Java Scanner must be included. If you create your agent installation packages via Package Builder, select to include Snow Inventory Java Scanner.

If you are using Snow Inventory Agent for Windows 7.3.2 or earlier, you must also include the Snow Inventory Java Scanner Launcher PowerShell script in the installation package.
