External access

With External access you can allow Flexera employees to sign in to your Snow Atlas system to assist you with your Snow Atlas settings. Flexera's access is enabled by default.

Overview

When Flexera's access is enabled, this allows Flexera employees to sign in to your system to assist you when required. You can edit this access to be continuous, enabled for a specific period, or disabled but you cannot delete it. In Role management, you can assign specific roles to authorized users to restrict their access to your system. If Role management is disabled, you grant full access to your system.

When you grant access to Flexera, Flexera must authorize the individuals who are permitted to sign in to your system. You can view a list of users with access by hovering over the user icon.
