General SaaS settings

In SaaS settings > General:

  • Administrators can customize how Flexera One SaaS Management on Snow Atlas measures user activity by setting an Activity threshold. This threshold represents the number of days that must pass with no detected activity before an active user is marked as inactive. By default, active users are marked inactive after 30 days without any detected activity. For more information on user activity, see User activity.

You can also set an Activity threshold for individual subscriptions. If you set an Activity threshold for an individual subscription, it overrides the global Activity threshold configured in SaaS settings > General. For more information, see Manage SaaS subscriptions.

  • You can integrate your organization's HR Roster data by using the HR Roster toggle. Enabling the toggle overrides the default list that is built automatically by the system with the available user details from existing connectors. To enable this feature, you must upload your HR Roster data to SaaS using the Data imports feature. For more information, see Upload HR Roster data.

Once enabled, save the settings and the data between the users and the imported data will be synced.

HR Roster is a list of recognized users in your organization that helps you identify suspicious activity within your linked subscriptions and applications. When the HR Roster setting is enabled, the synced data appears on all SaaS pages where there is user-related data with additional table fields, insights, indicators, and charts. For a list of the additional fields mapped for HR Roster that are populated in the SaaS tables, see HR Roster: reference.
