Data retrieved by the Smartsheet connector that is stored by Flexera One SaaS Management.
Events
note
When adding the connector, you have the option to Enable event activity. If you select No, the connector does not call the List events endpoint and activity data is not retrieved from Smartsheet.

| requestUserId | The identifier of the user whose authentication credential was used for the request. |
| accessTokenName | The name of the access token used in the request. |
| source | Identifies the client or user agent used to initiate the event. |
Users
note
When adding the connector, you have the option to Show users with free license. If you select Yes, users with the Guest or Viewer seat type are consolidated and shown on the SaaS pages. If you select No, these users are still retrieved by the connector but not shown in the system.
