ServiceNow family

note

ServiceNow has made updates to the Table API as part of the Washington DC release. The ServiceNow connector has been enhanced to support these changes, and continues to support previous versions of the API. In addition to this, the ServiceNow family page has been expanded to provide additional details on your ServiceNow users.

These enhancements are in beta.

The ServiceNow family page shows information about all related services from ServiceNow, providing a consolidated view that helps you find optimization opportunities across the ServiceNow family subscriptions.

In addition to the information shown on the Family page for all other product families in SaaS, the ServiceNow family page includes additional table columns on the Users tab that show the different ServiceNow roles assigned to users, as well as the groups and the applications that users are associated with. See the table below for a list of table columns and descriptions that are unique to the ServiceNow family page.
