Data visibility

Data visibility allows you to determine the SAM Core data that users can view based on your organization structure, by granting users access to organization nodes. Applying this restriction ensures that users are only permitted to view the data relevant to their function in your organization.

To apply data visibility, you must first select which organization nodes you want users to have access to. You can also give users full visibility of SAM Core data by granting them access to the entire organization structure. For more information, see Manage data visibility.
