Compliance exclusions: Reference

Refer to the tables below for field descriptions when you want to view the details of the compliance exclusion rules in SAM Core on Snow Atlas.

Rules

The Rules tab shows all the compliance exclusion rules.

Field label	Description
Rule name	The name of the rule.
Reason	The reason why the rule is created.
Consumer type	The type of excluded consumer: Computer or User.
Excluded applications	The number of applications excluded by the rule.
Excluded consumers	The number of consumers excluded by the rule.
Created date	The date when the rule was created.
Updated date	The date when the rule was most recently updated.
Status	The status of the rule: Active, Inactive, Incomplete, or Calculating.
Actions	Shows a list of actions related to the rule: Edit, Duplicate, Activate, Deactivate, and Delete.

Results

The Results tab shows all the applications and consumers excluded by the compliance exclusion rules.

Field label	Description
Application name	The name of the excluded application.
Consumer type	The type of excluded consumer: Computer or User.
Consumer name	The name of the excluded consumer.
Rule name	The name of the rule that excludes the application and the consumer.
Created by	The user who created the rule.
Created date	The date when the rule was created.
Updated by	The user who most recently updated the rule.
Updated date	The date when the rule was most recently updated.
